This is followed by the licensing process from the local authority and after that we begin the entire process of producing the house. ​We have houses built in 2 weeks and recently we built a 140 m2 house in 5 weeks, with two floors, two bedrooms with bathroom, living room and kitchen, fully decorated, furnished and equipped. ​The preparation and manufacturing time of the structure usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. ​In total, if you use one of our models, we can estimate a minimum of 2 to 3 months to be able to move into your home, as it depends on the time it takes to approve the project and the local authority licensing.

Our houses are inspired by the famous colombage, and the formula we use is even more protective, since we completely cover the houses with black cork agglomerate, an extraordinarily durable and rot-proof material. As we all know, the biggest problems responsible for damage to houses are their structure and deterioration due to humidity. Therefore, the combination of anti-seismic wooden structures and cork coverings provides exceptional protection. We won't be around to see it, but we hope that our houses will last at least as long as their colombage brothers. In other words, several centuries!
